How builds your websites

Building a website for your business needs to start from the ground up with what keywords people are using to find your services. If your website is not optimized for search engines potential new customers are going to your competitors.

Step 1: Discovery Market Business Analysis

Analyze your website. We look at meta sets/keywords, visible text and code to see how well you’re website is positioned for the major search engines. For example, how well is your content aligned with keywords that customers are searching for?
Analyze your competitors. We examine the websites of your competitors who are ranking in the top 5 positions to determine the best effective strategy for search engine placement.
Target the most effective keywords.  We develop a prioritized list of target keywords based on what customers are searching for. What would you type into a search engine to find your business or webpage? We then take that keyword and by using Google keyword planner we can find hidden keywords you might not have thought of. We also use keyword planner to find out the exact number of consumers searching particular keywords and target those to increase business revenues.

Step 2: Keyword Development and Research

Keyword analysis: From our list of keywords, we identify a target list of keywords and phrases. Review of words from other industry and sources. Use the first list of keywords and determine the number of search engine queries. We then target keywords by plurals, singulars and phrases.

Objectives and Goals. We clearly define your objectives in advance so we can measure your return on investment from any other advertising program you initiate. For example, your goal might be to have a 30 percent increase in business traffic. Or you may want to improve your current conversion rate of 2 percent to 6 percent.

Create page titles. Keyword-based titles help establish your page theme and the flow of your keywords. Create meta tags. Meta tag descriptions and help influence click-through but aren’t directly used for rankings. Place strategic search phases on pages. Integrate selected keywords into your website source code and existing content on designated pages. We ensure that we apply suggested guidelines of one to three keywords per content page and add more pages to complete the list. We ensure that related keywords are used as a natural inclusion of your keywords. It helps search engines quickly determine what the page is about. A natural approach works best. Many test show that pages with 800 to 2000 words can outperform shorter ones. In the end, the users, the marketplace, content links will determine the popularity and ranking numbers.

Step 4: Ensure that your website is mobile friendly

According to Google more searches are done on mobile devices than on desktop devices. In response Google has changed its search algorithms to favor sites that mobile friendly. If your current website is not mobile friendly you are losing customers.

Step 5: Continuous Testing and Measuring

Test and measure:  Analyze search engine rankings and web traffic to determine the effectiveness of the programs you’ve implemented, including assessment of individual keyword performance. Test the results of changes, and keep changes tracked in an Excel spreadsheet, or whatever you’re comfortable with.

Maintenance. Ongoing addition and modification of keywords and website content are necessary to continually improve search engine rankings so growth doesn’t stall or decline from neglect. You also want to review your link strategy and ensure that your inbound and outbound links are relevant to your business.
